My Professional Experience
With 25 years of international experience in various industrial sectors gained from multiple seats at the table, I bring judgment few others can. I’ve lived the big calls from many sides: business owner, investment banker, corporate acquiror, and operations.
I bootstrapped and ran all operations of my own brewery business in Berlin for 8 years. In Corporate Development for a $2bn family-owned global manufacturer, I coordinated strategy for 4 divisions and sat across the table from owners when we diligenced, valued, bought and integrated mid-market companies.
As an Investment Banker with Lehman Brothers and Nomura in London, I advised Natural Resources companies on M&A, Equity, and Debt transactions. At GE and Accenture, I led hands-on implementation of multi-million-dollar operations, supply chain, and post-merger integration projects.
In 2026, I began working as a Senior Advisor to owners of mid-market manufacturing and industrial businesses with their biggest strategic issues like Exit Planning, M&A, Growth, and Value Creation.
I have also been a frequent speaker on topics such as career development, personal resilience, international business, cultural topics, and entrepreneurship.

My Unexpectedly Global Personal Journey
Growing up working class in New Orleans, I was unable to imagine all the professions, people, and places I would encounter in my life. In university I was offered the chance to spend an exchange year in Germany.
I thought this would be a one-time check-the-box experience; instead, it opened my eyes to a previously unknown world of interesting possibilities. I have lived in 5 countries and worked with companies from all over the world. I speak fluent German and rusty French. Now, I happily live close to London in a cross-cultural marriage with two kids.
Outside of work and family, I enjoy the performing arts (acting, stand-up comedy, and filmmaking), skiing, running, and history books and podcasts. Given my background, I could be called a beer expert, but I love wine culture just as much. One day…one day, I hope to be a consistent golfer.
